Life and work @ Interface

Being at Interface is a completely different experience, one that you will scarcely find anywhere else. We love working as much as we love to have fun. At Interface we like to call it our culture – you either are part of the gang or you’d leave very soon.

So what is life at Interface like?

For starters you must be able to sing "Happy Birthday to you" loudly and hopefully in tune, cause we love cutting cakes (and eating them too) and that happens on everyone’s birthday. You must love Pizzas too cause that get thrown in whenever a team does exceptional work. Oh did we mention you must be a complete team player who loves picnics? Our weekend getaways are compulsory attendance!

Ah so its all play do we hear you say? Happily no. We work very hard, we like to work very hard. The tougher the challenge the more we like to push the limits. If you are looking for a 9-5 job this is not the place for you. We are all extremely committed to our work and when deadline beckons we work overtime to meet client deliverables.

You must be great (not good) at what you do, we are a small team and only exceptional people survive the first month. No we don’t have a culture of "its not my job", so you could be pitching in for anything that is vital for the company, though mostly it would be some path breaking work.

Oh least we forget, we like down to earth simple people who don’t have an attitude (we hate attitude) and can make friends with people from all walks of life. We are an equal opportunities employer and that’s not just about sex its about people from various backgrounds.

But if you are someone great at what you do and enjoy working in a team and having fun doing what you do its one hell of a party at Interface. After all where else would you get to work for the world’s biggest brands and add some feathers to your cap?
